To my constituents, but also the citizens of the greater imPort community. I fear what we have had a most ardently fearful event, with the loss of light, and I assure you that we in the Ambassador's office of De Chima will be doing our utmost to find not only the cause, but also to implement a method as to better communicate in such a repeat of the event.
But as we must soldier on, I do ask you, if you should please, to answer some questions for me if you will. I should be glad of the replies, even if you think them most unreasonable, and so I must ask you to conduct your answer with utmost honesty. I should be grateful for any assistance you should bear me.
As always, I am yours in service, and will gladly hear any words, be they good, or bad, with as much humility as I am able to bear.
Most gratefully.

City of residence:
1. Did you find yourself in severe danger in the events of the loss of light?
2. Did you easily find aid in the form of shelter?
3. Did you easily find aid in the form of protection?
4. Did you easily find aid in the form of medical services?
5. Should another incident like this happen, would you like to be a part of a non-registration based network, maintained by the office of the Ambassador, to aid in the assistance of other imPorts and native citizens?
6. If yes to the above, please state your skills and your powers, if relevant.

[It's not said snottily or anything. Just sort of distracted, like maybe she's in the middle of something else that's taking up most of her attention??]
Oh. And you can call me Twice. I apologize for forgetting to answer that, and that I don't have a "city of residence."

Audio;
I, Seymour Guado, a resident of Maurtia Falls, found myself in a number of dangerous situations during the blackout, but none that my skills had not already prepared me for. I did not seek shelter, I'm afraid...nor did I require healing, for my magic allows me to tend to others' wounds as well as my own and seeing to the wounded was my primary concern.
In fact, I humbly wish to volunteer my services as a healer in the future, should such powers be needed.

[And if he doesn't, Seymour will be happy to step on toes to take Baelish's place. Let it not be said he doesn't have ambition...]
But you are correct, having arrived just a few weeks ago, I am indeed very new to this world. And impressed...for there were a great many who kindly offered to help those in need. Such unity is unexpected in the midst of chaos.
Ah...but were you well throughout the crisis, my Lady Ambassador? I do hope no harm befell you.

With her or otherwise.]

City of residence: Nonah
1. Did you find yourself in severe danger in the events of the loss of light? No
2. Did you easily find aid in the form of shelter? I didn't go to the shelter
3. Did you easily find aid in the form of protection? I didn't need it, but friends have helped me.
4. Did you easily find aid in the form of medical services? I didn't need it
As for the network it'd depend on how it works. I can't deny it's a good idea, however.

[ Because when she's salty, she's going to take any opportunity to be passive aggressive about it. ]
Anyway, Kanaya Maryam, Nonah. I had no issue finding any sort of aid, I was more focused on providing it than seeking it. In the event of an emergency, I can offer a wide degree of Space manipulation, as well as bioluminescence.
Re: video.
[She is taking notes.]
All very useful skills, Miss Maryam. I must also say that I was gifted a dress you designed, and it was very bold. You must do a show in De Chima, soon.
video.
It's certainly something I'll have to give some thought! I'm sure I could find occasion for it.
[ She spreads her hands with a nod. ]
Anyway. Space manipulation is the sort of thing a network like this can be built around, which is why, no matter how amoral I may find the man, it would be...imprudent of me to refuse to participate. When you can start by alerting just a few people who can then go on to alert a great many people, that's just the sort of thing this contingency would call for.
With, of course, contingencies to cover anyone being ported out. I know who boys in Heropa that can make portals similar to mine, and met a young woman during the blackout who could travel instantaneously, but only during daylight. We used to have a great many speedsters about, too, but I can't recall any that are left.

Sir, I am the Ambassador for the city of De Chima. I do not know if that is quite what one might call a ruler, but I do think of myself as a leader.
voice.
[ A little hm. ]
Generally I'm used to ambassadors representing one kingdom to another, rather than simply a city.
