So... hypothetically, if someone wanted to start a business here, how would they do it? 'Cuz back home in Scuttle Town, it's easy. You just need to buy space for it, or a stall, or whatever, and you need to have something to sell, and boom! You've got a business.

But here you have to fill out... forms. And I don't get this stuff at all.

I want to meet the person who invented paperwork and stuff his head in a fish pond. [A pause.] And then let him out, but that dunk would be reaaaaally satisfying...

Well, I'm not sure if that sort of business can actually work, but we can just ask about that while we fill the paperwork.

Exactly because of that. To sell something legally, you need registration and regulations.

If your power was to grow flowers, you'd be selling something they can touch and see and there is already regulation. But wishes are something they never had here before, so they will probably need to figure out where to put that.

Then you can't really legalize your business, you usually need to tell them what your business is about, Shantae...
