So... hypothetically, if someone wanted to start a business here, how would they do it? 'Cuz back home in Scuttle Town, it's easy. You just need to buy space for it, or a stall, or whatever, and you need to have something to sell, and boom! You've got a business.

But here you have to fill out... forms. And I don't get this stuff at all.

I want to meet the person who invented paperwork and stuff his head in a fish pond. [A pause.] And then let him out, but that dunk would be reaaaaally satisfying...

Oh, there's quite a lot involved. Taxing, licensing, accounting. And then the space and product and marketing come into play. Sometimes you'll have to spend so much time with upkeep that you'll struggle to find time to actually do the things your business is built around.

But I've accrued plenty of experience with this sort of thing over the past year. What sort of business are you planning to run?

To be totally honest, I've only done it once before, and I'm still not totally sure on how it all works. But I think I can do it again.

I kinda want to keep it a little secret while I'm getting it set up, though. There's probably going to need to be safeguards in place.
