So... hypothetically, if someone wanted to start a business here, how would they do it? 'Cuz back home in Scuttle Town, it's easy. You just need to buy space for it, or a stall, or whatever, and you need to have something to sell, and boom! You've got a business.

But here you have to fill out... forms. And I don't get this stuff at all.

I want to meet the person who invented paperwork and stuff his head in a fish pond. [A pause.] And then let him out, but that dunk would be reaaaaally satisfying...

Well, it's a wish. It can be for anything. Usually people have more than three things they want to wish for. Heck, there's a whole rule about not wishing for more wishes... or for more genies.

I think it's important to be pretty specific with your wording, just in case. Wishes can be pretty specific things.

Like, you don't want to wish "make me a sandwich" and get turned into a sandwich.

I wish for the paperwork to be done perfectly and as a result, the government will grant you exactly what you need for your business in addition to not annoying you further about said paperwork!
