[The face on the feed is certainly a new one, as a sort of puzzled, blond boy with pointy ears looks on without saying a word. He seems like he has something on his mind, but his lips aren't up to the task of saying what it is. Not for a while, anyway, as he looks away from the camera uncomfortably. These are all things he isn't used to. His hair has a bit of stiff dampness to it as well as having dirt on his cheek and his clothes, like he had just been rummaging out in the rain.]

This place is very different...I'm needed somewhere else, though. There's this person that I...And Hyrule... [A pessimistic tone slowly fades into his voice with a sigh.]

I'm not leaving here any time soon, am I?
I have...many questions. [Link runs his hand over his forehead and through his hair, as if attempting to relieve pain.] And a...damaged memory, so excuse my confusion...

That depends. It's pretty random how long you stay. I've met people who barely even stayed for a month, and I've known people who've been here for years.

[She can understand the way he was feeling over having to do something important back home. There was someone very important waiting for her too. With a small smile, she'll give a gentle wave in greeting.]

What do you want to know? I'll try my best to help you as much as I can since...I technically recently arrived here too. Mentally, at least.... [And that thought will have her feeling slightly distant for a moment, almost mirroring the look he gave earlier.]

[He doesn't really know what that means, but she looks kinda sad so best not to press the issue. As if pressing issues was something he did in the first place.]

...What's the best way to get some food?

None of the trees here grow fruit, and I haven't seen any street markets...[he looks kind of sad about this too. he's basically from medieval times and the large building with the giant "7" was very strange to him.]

The street markets are actually knowm in this world as "super markets" and they're inside large buildings too. Although, there are some that are small in size too. I think those are called gasoline stations or convenience stores or something along those lines.

[As one medieval character to another, she can relate and was given the surprise of her lifetime after finding so much food and water in one place. That's the reason for her next explanation.]

There are some trees that bear fruit in Heropa though. You can find coconuts at the beach areas though. Only in the actual natural parts though which can be difficult to find, but they can be found if you know where to search. I've seen another fruit too. It has a nice smell to it, but I don't know what's the actual name. Um, would you prefer that over trying out the super markets? I don't mind helping you find fruit trees..

Would probably be easier to just buy food but...

I haven't started miming yet, I don't know if I have the funds to buy a lot of food. [He has no concept of these green pieces of paper and what exactly their worth is.]

I used to not have any at all. I only got some back by visiting places I had been before...Can't really do that anymore...

...I don't have any lizards or crickets on me to make any medicine with, unfortunately.

It's possible some places here will be close enough to places back home that you can trigger your memory. Don't lose hope!

[Oh look her pet leopard gecko is peeking out from his perch on her shoulder right now.]

[Blonde haired girl telling him not to lose hope, he already feels like his memory is getting jogged.]

Hey! There's one now!

You just gotta scoop 'em up and toss 'em in a pot with some monster parts or herbs and you can make all kinds of healthy elixirs! [He smiles proudly. At least he remembers THAT much.

Well, until he notices her look of what seems to be growing dread.]

[The reply starts out with the sound of something hitting the ground. Hard. Hint: It's her comm. The voice that comes after sounds a bit far off--and a bit surprised.]

[There's some shuffling, likely from the device being picked up.]

O-Oh no...it started recording--[He probably wasn't meant to hear that one.]

[There's a ringing in his ears, and the whole world shifts slightly. His legs became weak and he stumbles slightly, causing a shuffling noise to come over the comm. He brings his hands over his mouth and steps away from it for a moment. It's her. It's really, actually her. How?]

Zelda...

P...Princess! [His voice is shaking slightly, swirling in worry, guilt, and joy.]

Are you okay? Where are you? I'll--I'll come! I'll find you, I swear! [His heart is pounding, he can't think straight. She's safe. One hundred years. Suffering. She's safe. He has to see her, he has to protect her.]

I...I didn't think you'd remember...[The initial response is soft, just barely picked up by the mic, but the relief in her voice is still evident. He remembered her at least--that was something.]

I am fine, Link. I'm safe in Heropa...As much as one can be safe in afer being brought to a strange place. [But he wants to see her; she could only hope that he would be close enough to make that possible.] Are you--are you all right?

I'm in Heropa too. Can you tell me your exact number? I can come find you, I--I will come find you. [His breathing is already heavy and fast as he gets ready to run out of the door.]
