[audio/video]
I'm not going to waste time asking if there is a way off this backwater planet, it doesn't seem as if anyone has managed something so basic thus far. I don't understand why the natives of this planet seem to be proud of themselves as if this planet is something special despite being so primitive.
But it seems as I am stuck here for the foreseeable future so tell me what this planet has to offer, I'm curious to know.
[When he's done writing he switched to video but all that can be seen is a sheet with neatly written, very premise, Aurebesh symbols written on it-
'I'm sure some of you can read this. What is the last thing you recall before arriving here?'
No one seemed to know about Starkiller and the Hosnian System but he had to make sure and know who else was on this backwater planet. He held the paper there for a few moments before finally cutting the feed.]

and I'm from about three years after Scarif and Yavin, if that's what you wanted to know

so it could always be worse
no subject
[Including you but he won't spoil that surprise.]
If I had to guess, I'm thinking that perhaps the Battle of Endor was one of the last things you recall before arriving here.

and what the hell does a forest moon tucked away in some far-off corner of the galaxy have to do with anything, why would anyone hold a battle there
no subject
[Not that Endor gets destroyed, he's decided that since no one else seems to be from the same point in the future as he and Ren are, he's going to have some fun at everyone's expense.]
I'm going to assume you at least know about Alderaan though I could tell you that story. It's a good one.
no subject
what are you talking about
and yes I know about Alderaan, I nearly crashed into bits of it once [Right after the Death Star had blown it up, in fact. Dread sinks into his gut, at the thought of any other world suffering the same fate.]

There really isn't much left of the debris 30 years later at least.

what
does the Empire have more superweapons up its sleeve?
what's this one called, Palpatine's Nostril?
[...running his mouth off, apparently.]
no subject
No.
We realized that the Death Star was a mistake after the second one though it was a bit late for Endor, most of the Rebel fleet, and well- you'll find out later. There will not be another Death Star.
no subject
and that ain't a comforting thought, just because there's not another Death Star doesn't mean there's not another weapon
no subject
Well, it seems as you aren't as stupid as you look. Or as everyone says you are. You would be correct, I made the Death Stars look like children's toys.

"everyone" seems to like underestimating me
yeah, so how spectacular was the explosion? [The great thing about text is that it doesn't show Han's shaking fingers, the dread and horror on his face, the desperation in his voice. The first Death Star blew up, he hopes the second one did, and so it follows that this new one therefore made a spectacular explosion.
Right? Right?]

It was a truly lovely sight and I only hope you had the chance to see it before, well. I won't spoil that surprise for you. There is a great deal for you to catch up on.
