I'm not going to waste time asking if there is a way off this backwater planet, it doesn't seem as if anyone has managed something so basic thus far. I don't understand why the natives of this planet seem to be proud of themselves as if this planet is something special despite being so primitive.

But it seems as I am stuck here for the foreseeable future so tell me what this planet has to offer, I'm curious to know.

[When he's done writing he switched to video but all that can be seen is a sheet with neatly written, very premise, Aurebesh symbols written on it-

Interesting. As I recall Mustafar was used primarily for mining until the Emperor's enforcer decided to take up residence there. It's not a planet people visit often. But I suppose you can't tell me what that assignment was even though I have to admit I'm curious. I doubt you were there to mine molten ore.

The Emperor's enforcer, hm? Is their name Darth Vader by chance? [Why does he choose there if so? The lava is nice to watch and Anakin certainly prefers a hot environment, but that might be too hot for even him.]

I could tell you. I doubt it would make a difference if I did.

Yes, that is where Lord Vader's residence is located. [There is a pause, he wants to be careful about this since he's not sure how much Anakin really knows. Then again, he has a feeling Ren will just blurt it all out and it will explode anyway.]

I suppose not, considering we're not in our galaxy. Has the Clone Wars ended?

Interesting choice, but I guess it's fitting for a Sith Lord. [There isn't much, information wise, that is off-limits for him. Not anymore. He is frankly tired of keeping secrets and pretending to adhere to an Order that he hates.]

[But given what Anakin told him, he wasn't sure there was an answer that he could provide. He certainly didn't know what had lead Vader to live there.]

I assume someone told you about the Emperor and the Empire.

[He is interested to see how Hux came to said conclusion. Family resemblance is a good argument - and it hasn't occurred to him since Kylo Ren's hair is so dark and his features are so defined. Anakin doesn't see himself as that striking.]

What did you have planned for the Empire then?

Mysterious. [Except not if Hux is referring to Kylo Ren. Anakin can sense his presence and he will get to the bottom of their connection - as well as his grandson's life so far.]

Peace, protection, an end to the constant arguing and weakness that existed in the Republic.

Naturally. Information is valuable but I believe you'll figure out this mystery soon enough.

[He is curious to see how the meeting between Kylo Ren and Anakin Skywalker will go. He doubted that Ren would bring up the fact that he talked to Vader's helmet but that was too awkward to bring up, even for Hux.]

That is what the Emperor was able to accomplish. He brought stability to systems damaged by the Clone Wars. He ended the exploitation and negligent that the outer systems suffered under the Republic.

Once I do, I will recall how helpful you have been.

[Some of the Sith Lord he will one day be is peeking out from behind that statement. Be afraid, Hux.]

I have heard too many negative stories. The galaxy isn't how I envisioned it and - [There are key people missing.] There was no point to all of the work if I didn't get the outcome I sought.

And I'm sure you'll understand that I am not the best person to explain some things.

[He didn't know the full story of Luke and Leia, he didn't have that same personal connection that Kylo Ren did. It was a subject that he knew he shouldn't venture too far into as a lot of his information was speculation.]

You and the Emperor didn't share the same vision?
