Most of the removals or limitations I've encountered are consistent with the one we're probably talking about here.

I got something new. Haven't used it much so far. There isn't much of a plan for who gets what abilities from what I've seen.

They need to keep us in check somehow.

Yes. I imagine it's the Porter limiting powers, but it is also in the hands of the military.
