does someone have memory altering powers? stole memories from people?

my partner and co-pilot seems to have lost the ten years we spent together. he doesn't know me at all!

i'm really worried about him- is there any way i can help him recover his memories?!

But memories are being altered, but it's not strictly memory loss, from what I'm gathering.
