[Hello everyone, it's your friendly neighbourhood Poe Dameron. Even if you haven't met him in person, he's a pretty recognizable face by now. You may have seen him in numerous Teal Deer Energy Drink commercials, or perhaps on the billboards going up everywhere for a reality show going up into space. His face, or at least his hair, is pretty recognizable.

So he turns on the comm, behind him just blue sky, below him - clouds? Wait, is he filming this in the sky? Yes, yes he is. On a carpet. (It's black and orange and brand new.)] 

Alright. I think I'm starting to figure out what's going on.

Unless I suddenly fell in love with about a half dozen people, pretty sure I'm picking up other people's memories. And given the chatter on the network, and with a few friends - I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

Only problem is, I'm not totally sure who some of these memories belong to. And uh - some of them are of a pretty sensitive nature. I mean, it's not like I haven't had a crush or ten in my time, but even I can't chase this many threads at once. So I'm going to just quietly start hitting up people that I think these might belong to, and those of you who suddenly have memories that can't be yours? Feel free to start doing the same.

[Poe lets out a breath, and switches the comm over to his first call. This one, he's pretty sure of. The point of view he's seen could only belong to one person - since he would bet his left arm and half his heart that Manabu wasn't the kind of guy to have two partners at the same time. ... In fact even just the one seems to be a little Much for the guy. Anyway. He clears his throat.]

Uh - Brendan? Hey. So. Uh - Yeah, pretty sure some of you is rolling around in my head.

[... This was harder than he anticipated.]

... I'm not sure what to say, exactly, except that - I mean - I got it before, but I get it now. And I'm glad you found him.

But if you- If you ever need someone to talk to - Well - I think I know more about it now than you probably ever intended.

[Brendan is glad he's in the living room catching old movies on the dinky TV he got for his and Manabu's apartment, because if he were in public he might panic. As it is, it takes him a solid minute to react, flicking on the communicator and dialing the volume down on the TV. The light from the TV flickers over his face and casts stark shadows over his face.]

...what did you see. Besides the obvious, I mean, what did you- [He takes a deep breath, exhales slowly and carefully, voice quiet.] What do you know about when I was back home? I gotta know what you know before I go presuming anything. And depending on what you got I owe you an apology. Some of my baggage is heavy.

[His expression softens, though, after a moment, and he nods when he thinks of Manabu, his sweet Sunset.] I'm glad I found him, too. He's a good man. Better than I'm used to.

[There's an edge of nervousness to this one, because while he doesn't remember the war that he's in, he does vaguely remember the Empire and the Rebellion, so he does have some context for Galen. If not everything. But he's pretty sure this memory is his friends. He wouldn't even be able to explain why. Just - a deep set feeling.]

I can fly anything, but carpets are easy and I can carry them around when I'm on the ground, so this works. Hey - you want to go for a flight? It's been a while, it'd be great to catch up.

Technically I can fly anything, but carpets turn out to be really handy.
