[ The message comes out late at night that Leia doesn't expect anyone to be awake to answer. She's pulling a Han right now; the man has a terrible habit of sending these late night texts out. Looks like she's learned from the best of the best.

There's a catch, however, and it's that Leia's locked this from any immediate family and friends*. She doesn't need the extra worry. Doesn't want anyone camping out on her front step. She might have missed someone, going through the directory this late, though. ]

I've spent the last hour trying to go back through what's available. I've also tried browsing what's online. It hasn't worked out so well.

What I'm looking for are remedies. Something that works in helping someone fall asleep and stay asleep without waking every two hours.

When I say remedies, I mean the kind that come in the form of personal experience. If you've had trouble keeping a sleep schedule, please, share what works for you?

probably not the exact same as you cause we got different issues but yeah
the only advice i can offer is if you go too long without sleeping
you get super loopy

maybe hide your comm from yourself

And if someone tries to reach me and they can't? They'll be showing up to camp on my lawn again.

I think so far I haven't gone too long without sleep. It's enough to get me through the days. Sometimes I sleep for four-five hours at a time.

maybe you could hide the comm but tell anyone who needs you to use the mental link

it's a nanite thing
if you lose your comm
you can still speak to people with your brain
it's hard though
and uses the nanites i think

I see. I hadn't known that. I was only aware of the nanites helping in making sure we don't bleed out.

It sounds like it, yes. I've only been able to use it that way with my brother.
