If I properly knew, I would gladly say -- [AND IT'S NOT FINE, KANEKI. SHHSHHSHh.] But black fluid runs from his eyes like tears, and he heaves a foul-smelling, dark mess of...of something so violently I fear there's something incredibly wrong inside. I've never seen something like it.
