[ Sabrina is sat down on a couch, standard furnishings that come with all the Heropa townhouses. Her government-issues device is floating far enough away from her that it has to be held up by some sort of powers, it would definitely explain the green glow around the edges of the frame. She sits, cross-armed and cross-legged, her file on the couch cushion next to her, and...a yellow humanoid creature making vaguely threatening gestures at a man in deep sleep on the carpet. You might recognize the man as Itsuki, friendly neighborhood flesh-eating abomination.

She turns to face the naughty Hypno, saying nothing, but somehow convincing him to quit being a brat anyway. He stomps off, and she faces the camera again. She's gone over the literature several times, and found the beginner's guide from pouring over the network on her own, but still, it seems like it's customary to introduce yourself. It would be best to be polite while she gains her bearings, she thinks. ]

Hello. My name is Sabrina, I'm from the Kanto region. I was a Pokemon gym leader there, though it appears that holds no relevance or prestige in this world. [ Which bothers her, a lot, given how hard she worked to get that far. Back to square one, in an unfamiliar world, it seems. ]

Who are the leaders in this 'imPort' community? [ She says the word like a woman trying to be more sure of herself than she really is, she hasn't been here long enough to take that on as an identity, no matter how quick the crowds of photographers and fans are to label her as such. ] Officially and otherwise. I would like to meet them, get a better idea of how this works in practice, beyond the time-and-space meddling that's going on.

Hypno? He stress eats. [ Dreams, that is. He makes rude gestures at his victims first, and then sucks them out of their heads like misty clouds. He seems amused to have an audience. ] I didn't even get to introduce myself first.

[ With a wave of her finger, she makes the camera pan over to an armchair, where Alakazam is keeping busy polishing his spoons. ]

[he's a little surprised the woobat isn't evolved, but... how do woobats evolve? archie realizes he isn't sure. oh well, maybe it needs a stone or something.]

alakazam and hypno might have some problems while people get used to them
some people get weird about humanoid species
pokémon especially
expect to be accused of treating your team unfairly a lot
even though alakazam is probably smarter than every imPort here put together?

I didn't know him very well, but he challenged my gym. He was talented and intense...not so immature.

Why did you take his badges?

he's talented and intense now. just held back by his own... whatever you call it.

we couldn't keep his pokémon off him because of the porter and i realised he seems to value them more than his team.
not to mention it's a fucking joke that the johto gym leaders didn't see how he treats his team. it's obvious when he's battling and they should've done something.
would you not think to step in if a trainer that was blatantly abusing their team challenged you?

I would, and have stepped in for cases like that. I didn't see anything concerning when he came to my gym. Those things can't be hidden from me.

so far all i've done is make him hate me more
i don't know if he'll ever listen to anything i have to say because of my past
i know he's smart enough to know why i took the badges off him, not to mention i literally told him why
he's just so set in his ways
i don't understand why he won't try and change when it's being an active detriment to him now. you'd think someone so obsessed with winning would be able to switch it up when it STOPS them winning.

there's a video someone caught of him kicking his sneasel and i don't think for a moment that that was an outlier incident
