Okay. Obviously quite a few of you are aware of the bombings that went down in Washington DC and De Chima. And I believe I know who is responsible for it. Witnesses and someone else I talked to confirmed it, aside from my own experience with said suspect. Before I do name him, I want everyone to be careful not to underestimate him. I know there's the police but I don't want them getting hurt or killed trying to bring him in with his alchemy.

But, backing up here. It's Kimblee. Witnesses another imPort questioned mentioned him by description even if he was using the fake name of Karl Yatsov. He was seen talking on the phone in another language - presumably Russian and was seen later on, the 'marks' on his hands are pretty identifiable. They're alchemy arrays. Without those, he can't perform any transmutations. At least, not without drawing the array elsewhere to make up for it. In theory. I won't go into detail about alchemy unless someone asks for specifics, but all you need to know is he claps his hands with said arrays, and makes things blow up. In a nutshell.

The point is, the name is obviously fake, there are no records of any imPort here with the name 'Karl Yatsov'. If you have any questions about the witnesses, what Captain Ananke said on the matter, ask Edgeworth. If it's about the alchemy, then I'm probably the one to ask of the two of us.

Even if that's the case, you should at least admit you're nowhere near unbiased where I'm concerned.

I think I've learned my lesson on going up against him. Should have figured after the first time, but. I want people to be careful if they try bring him in. I underestimated him and nearly died as a result.

Well, I can't just leave a guy like him to the police. I doubt they'd be prepared for him. The other imPorts, we have a better chance against him than they do. And this way, if he tries anything again, people will know and be ready. In theory.

[Even as he says that, his lips purse. He's worried others might get hurt or killed too, but this is the best he can come up with, to share what he does know and try warn others as best he can for the time being. He's well aware if he tried to go up against the other alchemist again, alone, it wouldn't be enough.]

I never said anything about killing him. Just--bringing him in so the police can lock him up and decide from there.

[Because as much as Ed hates the guy. He's still not about to go telling people to go that far. Even if part of him might agree after everything Kimblee has done. Even if it wouldn't be by his own hand.]

I underestimated him myself. Nearly got killed as a result. So yeah, I understand how easy it is to underestimate someone. People underestimate me all the time.

And as far as 'tantrums' go, pretty sure most outgrow that by the time they're around five. And don't get people killed in the process.

Well, at least this way people know to look out for him if he tries anything again before we can bring him in. I'm not sure if this is best either but I don't want to go to the police when they have no powers and therefore no hope of doing this themselves.

Been asking myself on what to do about this ever since De Chima. And that ended badly enough even if I got off lightly in comparison to the first time I fought him. He had the advantage before because nobody knew what or who to look for. Now we do. Everyone does.

[But then. This is Ed. The weak, soft kid that never kills. The short tempered brat that runs his mouth and rarely properly thinks things through when he's worked up. This could well go on the list of 'dumbass decisions' he's made depending on the outcome here.]

Kimblee is a dangerous man, which I know you know. To bait him publicly will not do well for anyone, least of all yourself.

I know. But I'm not about to go to the police and get them involved to be hurt or killed by him if they try catch him. We imPorts have a better chance to bring him in than they would. I've survived two confrontations against him which is more than others can say.

[Even if the first was a very, very close thing and Riza actually prob had next to no idea about. Let alone De Chima where he just had his arm busted to allow Kimblee the chance to flee.]

I'm not letting him try this a third time. No more. I've had it with him!
