Okay. Obviously quite a few of you are aware of the bombings that went down in Washington DC and De Chima. And I believe I know who is responsible for it. Witnesses and someone else I talked to confirmed it, aside from my own experience with said suspect. Before I do name him, I want everyone to be careful not to underestimate him. I know there's the police but I don't want them getting hurt or killed trying to bring him in with his alchemy.

But, backing up here. It's Kimblee. Witnesses another imPort questioned mentioned him by description even if he was using the fake name of Karl Yatsov. He was seen talking on the phone in another language - presumably Russian and was seen later on, the 'marks' on his hands are pretty identifiable. They're alchemy arrays. Without those, he can't perform any transmutations. At least, not without drawing the array elsewhere to make up for it. In theory. I won't go into detail about alchemy unless someone asks for specifics, but all you need to know is he claps his hands with said arrays, and makes things blow up. In a nutshell.

The point is, the name is obviously fake, there are no records of any imPort here with the name 'Karl Yatsov'. If you have any questions about the witnesses, what Captain Ananke said on the matter, ask Edgeworth. If it's about the alchemy, then I'm probably the one to ask of the two of us.

Better that than not at least trying to tell everyone. I've never cared what people thought of me back home and I'm not about to start here. I know this could look like a grudge after my history with him back home, but this isn't about that. This is about what went down here.

[And at mentions of Olivier, he gives a slightly nervous laugh and grimace at that. Most women back home tend to terrify him and she is no exception in her wrath.]

Ah, yeah. That's--the Major General. She's had some experience with him back home too and he wasn't the most popular with her then either. But that's what I am trying to tell her. Whether she listens....I don't know. I just reckon if we get him in custody then we can figure out what to do with him.

He sounds like he's got a lot of firepower.

What else can you tell me about him? I want to help.

He does. That's why I don't want anyone else to underestimate him.

As far as what I can tell you....I can give a description. Which won't necessarily help if he's trying to disguise himself, but it could pay to keep an eye out at least. And I can tell you what went down back home if you want some context between those of us from home and Crimson.

Long story but....he was involved in the Ishbal war back home. Or, some call it a massacre. Either way. He was put in prison for killing other soldiers along with the Ishbalans. I met him up North at Briggs HQ. He....wanted me to help him with something and I played along, given he basically brought Winry up to fix my auto-mail as a hostage. Got her out at least, but then we got into a fight at the mines. I underestimated him, not realizing he had not just one but two Stones. Philosopher's Stones - they can amplify your alchemy abilities, but they're made using human lives. He blew up the mines and got away while I fell down and ended up impaled with a beam. His henchman chimera helped me out after that once I freed them, got me to a hospital after I tried my best to patch myself up using medicinal alchemy.

As far as a description goes, he's usually wearing this white suit and hat, long black hair tied back in a ponytail. His arrays on his palms are a give away too.

I can try answer some questions if you have any from all of that. I don't know how much more others from home might be able to tell you - Colonel Mustang, Lieutenant Hawkeye that were in the war with him back then.

Does he still have those Stones on his person?

Not that I know of, from the times I've seen him around here in Heropa and all. But considering last time he'd kind of....swallowed it and brought it back up in his mouth, he could have one.

... gross. I don't think I want to know if it's still in him.

Can he make more stones here?

Pretty sure it'd be obv--okay maybe not so obvious to those who could figure our normal capabilities with alchemy without using a Stone. But still. I think everyone would prefer it if he didn't.

I'm not sure? I mean, I know Greed is here and obviously has his, but....actually creating one would require an entire city or country to be wiped out. Pretty hard to miss. And I doubt Greed is working with him, giving his up would mean he'd die.

Are you sure this Greed person wouldn't? The nanotech would resurrect him as well, I'm sure.

[Ed is sickened by it too but this is something he's come to accept after his initial freak out of that particular revelation and subsequently attempting to find another means to bring Al back to normal.]

Yeah. It takes a lot. So I'm pretty sure someone attempting to make one would be pretty obvious. To those of us from home to pick up on, anyway. Unless he already has one that I don't know of. As far as Greed goes, he has his own agenda. I work for him and he has nothing to do with Kimblee or the other homunculi.

Something like that. I mean, I wasn't exactly there with Xerxes, and I don't recall myself what went down for the bearded bastard's attempt at that with Amestris but I guess so. Yeah.

I'm going to need some context: homunculi and bearded man? Is Kimblee working with any of them?

Haven't really talked about either of these much, though the homunculi are more obvious. Greed is one. An artificial human, essentially. The bearded bastard - one the homunculi call 'Father' made them as his henchmen to infiltrate the military and start wars to put his plan into action. It's....a long story. Xerxes was around hundreds of years ago, between Amestris and the eastern country of Xing, in the desert. The king wanted to become immortal and back then Father took advantage of that to instruct them how to create the first Stones for himself and...and Hohenheim, my father. He then created the Homunculi through using those Stones somehow.

[Somehow. He's seen it once before. Father putting Greed's Stone to Ling. Being unable to shoot even then with his friend's life at risk. Ed swallows, a bit pale before continuing.]

But yeah, back home Kimblee was definitely working with them. Greed is the only one here though and he's kind of a different case that does his own thing. So I don't think we need to worry about that here. But Kimblee on his own is dangerous enough.

You said Kimblee was put in prison before. That means he wasn't able to use his alchemy for a period of time. How did they accomplish that?

I don't know. I guess so long as his hands are separated and he's restricted enough that he couldn't draw an array.....?

Can those arrays be tampered with? Removed?

They're tattooed. So I'm not sure. But they can be disrupted. If you cut even one single line through his palms, that would be enough. Or, it should.

I guess laser surgery won't cut it.

Cutting or burning the skin just so it damages the arrays should be enough, maybe.

Lasers? [Ed is really not up to date with this sort of thing. Sorry Peej.]

But uh, yeah. So long as the arrays are disrupted that should be enough to stop him. Hopefully. So long as his alchemy is stopped, that would make things a lot easier.

I could do it, though I'm hoping it doesn't come down to that.

I tried it back home, but that didn't stop him with the Stones. Only thing I can think of that might work unless you manage to keep his hands separate so he can't transmute.

Power Girl. Right. Well, all I can say is to be careful if you do find him.
