[Kotetsu strolls on along to the place, and part of him is realizing that if Barnaby happens to walk in on this he will probably get the mother of all judgmental looks for days, but he can't back out of this now!!!

Anyway, he shows up with those absurdly long legs of his, hands shoved in a pocket as he he reaches the front of the apartments. Unlike Wally, he already knows he's not going to use his powers. Manchild as he can be sometimes, he'd decided a long time ago that his powers are for saving people, and that alone. Which isn't to say he's never used his powers frivolously--he's not a saint--but when you have a time limit on your powers that until just recently was gradually diminishing, plus a pretty hefty cooldown period, you tend not to waste that time on stupid things.]

[It occurs to him, this is the first time he's seen Wally since that summer camp debacle, and for a moment that daddish side of him wins out over the childishly competitive side.]
