You're not entirely wrong.

You can access the net through the device you're speaking to me on. There's a search engine you can use to ask any questions you may have. The most frequently used answers will come up first and are relatively trustworthy, but the further down you get, the worse off you'll be.

Specificity. The more specific you are, the more likely you are to find your answer.

I have too many questions, the problem about being specific is that I am unfamiliar with some of the more broader terms. Things.

I can ask 'what is the method of transportation?' and that is hardly specific.

In that case, you would ask for transportation in your given city -- such as Heropa.
