Specificity. The more specific you are, the more likely you are to find your answer.

I have too many questions, the problem about being specific is that I am unfamiliar with some of the more broader terms. Things.

I can ask 'what is the method of transportation?' and that is hardly specific.

In that case, you would ask for transportation in your given city -- such as Heropa. Your primary modes will be modes in which you need to pass a test and get a license for if you want to get around independently, but all of these cities have surprisingly strong public transportation systems for those who wish to use it.
