Think of it like a broken showerhead. Sometimes it turns on and I get drenched, so to speak, and my whole body changes. Sometimes only part of me will. I once tried to break up a bar fight with only All Might's head upon Toshinori's body. It doesn't make it easy to be a hero again.

That makes a good deal of sense, now that you mention it. Maybe someone messed with my memories. Time will tell if I can get them back.

The strength does come with it. So if my arms change, I can still punch hard, but the rest of my body won't compensate for it.

That was simply a hypothetical. Believe me, I've been trying to stay out of trouble. The last thing I was is for you students and Mic-sensei to worry about me. Trouble, of course, doesn't always stay away from me, but I have been exercising caution.

It is true that there is no real school for heroes that I know of- but there are professional hero organizations. That way, you can still get practical experience!

[The Porters will never get old or mundane. Katsuki takes the one in Nonah to Heropa, looking around for the sunny hair and gaunt figure. Last time he saw Toshinori, he looked like, well...Toshinori. He's not used to seeing him look a bit healthier.]

[And it's indeed Toshinori who greets Bakugou, not the more muscular form of All Might. But he does look happy, and comparatively healthy- no coughing up blood, at least, and he raises a hand in greeting, resisting the urge to hug the kid and say "I'm glad you're OK".]

[Bakugou was prepared to meet All Might. He had steeled himself and everything.

Yet seeing his hero, teacher and mentor in this unfamiliar world, real and looking happy chips away at the strength he's trying to show.

He stares, but he manages to catch himself and shrugs, like ending up on an alien earth is no big deal.]

[Toshinori figured it'd be best to appear this way and get everyone used to it; after all, this is the form he's going to spend the most time in, at least until he can heal.

He beckons Bakugou to follow him into a nearby hole-in-the-wall ramen restaurant.]

That's happened in record time, then, kid. Even I couldn't have conquered the place this fast... well, mostly because you can see how I am.

[Katsuki is (more or less) used to it. It's more the shock of seeing him here.

He follows All Might, hands shoved in his pockets. All Might is one of the few people he'll willingly follow instead of yelling about walking behind him.

...How he is. Yeah.]

I'll just double the conquering for us both. There won't be a continent left by the time I'm done.

I appreciate it, kid. You and Midoriya and Yaoyorozu... Mic-sensei, too... all of you are going to be the ones to get us out of this place. I'm sure of it. But I'll still be here to guide you. That won't change.

I know it won't. [Whenever All Might set his mind to something, he saw it through to the end, no matter the cost. It's something he's always admired about him, even emulated.] That's why I'm counting on you.

[Toshinori looks at the small menu offered when they're seated.]

People from other worlds have been stuck here for years, but someone has to figure a way out eventually.

[His eyes light up a bit when he sees the menu. Just the familiarity helps, even if it's not exactly the same.]

I can see this going one of two ways.

[He glances around, then holds out his hand to count on his fingers. Unfortunately, he only knows how to stage whisper.]

First way is we find a way to gather intel on the Porter. Someone will have to break in. Ponytail can use the information to make a duplicate porter and we distract the base with an attack, steal the original, and get everyone back home.

The second way would take longer. I start my hero agency here, and eventually make enough money to buy out their military.

That first plan... it's risky, but I think that's a step in the right direction. If we're not allowed to study the Porter directly, how can anyone hope to get any information about it?

[Toshinori sounds impressed, and chooses a tonkatsu ramen before continuing.]

The second one is less risky, but it'll take a while. It might be good to plan long-term, though. Nobody knows how long we're going to be stuck here.

That's exactly it. They obviously don't know what they're doing. Or they do, and they're hidin' it from us.

[He chooses a karanegi ramen.]

Second can be the contingency plan, but we won't be stuck here that long. I'll kill 'em if they try to stop us.

[Toshinori considers that and is quiet for a moment. He knows better than to try and tell Bakugou off, but still- what would the others think if the kid got himself arrested? Toshinori had promised he'd look out for all of them.]

Have you talked this over with the others, then? I plan on supporting you any way I can, but... I should be honest with you about my Quirk, too. I got it back, to some extent, but it doesn't work the way it should.
