Somebody already suggested booking a bar, so I guess that plus an actual bartender would work out pretty well.

Make sure it's clearly posted whether it's open or not. And leave out tip jars. Tenders deserve them.

imPorts primarily? Then the man thing to remember is you're marketable. Pick a bar or club. Have discussions with them. They might cut a deal to use people as advertisement.

I mean, I can't promise anybody else up, really, but I might be able to manage. If nothing else, maybe I can persuade a more popular friend.
