[He's getting sick of this being ported out and ported back in shit. Only this time, months have passed, and he's not been left unscathed. Katsuki is wandering around Heropa, his movements almost...drunken, and while it might be harder to see via the network as he turns it on, it's apparent that he's bleeding heavily from his left shoulder. Those in his vicinity may also notice that he's bleeding from his stomach and both wounds go straight through his body. His breathing is strained as he growls out.]

["Uhm, Mr. Lord Got Arrested Killing People, you really should go to the hospit-"]

WHERE IS THAT SON OF A BITCH?! I'LL KILL HIM, I'LL-

["A villain! My purse has all my coupons!

With a controlled explosion, Katsuki goes flying toward the purse-snatcher, retrieving the person's purse with his teeth. Unfortunately, the second blast is less controlled thanks to his current state and he does a back-flip in midair before landing on his face. Standing up, he snarls and throws the purse at its owner, swaying as he continues his rant.]

OKAY YOU ASSHOLES, LISTEN UP! THE NAME AIN'T LORD EXPLOSION MURDER NO MORE, GET READY TO FEAR GREAT EXPLOSION MURDER GOD DYNAMIGHT!!!!

[The blood loss finally cuts his threats short, leading him to passing out right there.]

[Katsuki releases a breath he didn't realize he was holding, some of the tension leaving his body.

It's not marriage, but it's something they share between them. It was when Katsuki began to learn more about Kaneki, when Kaneki let him in his life. It didn't bother Katsuki that Kaneki had tried to eat him either- maybe that was a reflection of him, but he doesn't care.]

Yeah...you gave it to me after all. It makes me feel closer to you...

[ kaneki's fingers continue to stroke the skin, and eventually he leans in to place a kiss against the scar. ]

I regret doing that to you. But... whenever I see this, it's as if... you have part of me. [ but not in his world. In his world, this scar will be gone, just like the memories Katsuki has of Kaneki will too. ]

[Katsuki hums pleasantly, smiling and stroking Kaneki's hair.]

[Before, Kaneki mentioned other versions of him existing. He thinks he understands more now. He doesn't want this version of them to disappear. He refuses to let that happen.]

he stays still like that, cuddling against Katsuki while nuzzling his shoulder. His hand moves lower, alongside of Katsuki's body and eventually stops by his waist. ]

Katsuki... what happened? [ the wounds. He still hasn't explained ]

[Katsuki tenses up and is silent for a long moment. Finally he looks at him.]

Got in a fight with a villain. Like I said, shit happens.

[ that's not an explanation at all. But Kaneki also can't press katsuki if he doesn't wish to talk about it, so he just nods softly and accepts that answer. In the end, Ken is well aware he knows little he knows - even regarding his kidnapping, Kaneki learned more from talking to Shigaraki than from Katsuki himself - but he is in no position to demand answers, etiher.

So Ken hums softly and goes silent once again, staying close to Bakugou like that. ]

[Kaneki is on Shigaraki's good side right now, and Katsuki would like to keep it that way, especially when they finally leave this place and he takes Kaneki with him. It's not easier this way, but it's probably safer. Only sharing it with Shigaraki. It makes the lead weight in his chest a bit more manageable, as he stays close to his boyfriend, his breathing evening out as his eyes shut despite his efforts to keep them open.]

[ katsuki closes his eyes and kaneki's snap open when he hears those words. He stays frozen in place, wondering if katsuki is half asleep and too weak to even realize he just said that - but kaneki already feels his eyes sting and he will try not to cry. He closes his eyes, hard enough that the tears can't come out, while he hides his face against katsuki's chest. ]

Me too... [ he whispers softly, not even sure if katsuki is listening to him ] I love you.

[Katsuki doesn't say anything, but Kaneki may feel him smiling against his head as he continues to thread his fingers through his hair.

Yeah. He knows he does. Eventually he drifts off, able to relax in Kaneki's embrace.]

[ kaneki will stay with Katsuki, resting by his side. He's just glad he is there, honestly - glad he is back, glad he is alive, glad he... loves him...

Eventually the nurses come into the room very quietly, and thus Kaneki will get up to talk to them a bit. They seem to be glad at least someone is managing to get Katsuki to stay put, glad enough to bring Kaneki a cup of coffee to drink and a book from lost and found for Kaneki to read while he stays with katsuki.

It's hard for Ken to focus while he is still so worried about the other, but eventually he does read and also takes the chance to do some school work, still sitting on the bed besides his sleeping lover. When katsuki wakes up, Kaneki will be there, just like he said he would ]

[Katsuki doesn't move around much in his sleep. Eventually he does awaken, wincing, his hand squeezing air before his eyes snap open and settle on Kaneki, relieved to see him still there (if not a bit guilty).]

[ when Kaneki heard the other, he puts down his communicator and the book, hand reaching for Katsuki]

Careful... [ because he never is. But Kaneki smiles, hand reaching to gently stroke Katsuki's hair]

Hey. How are you feeling?

[Katsuki smiles, leaning into Kaneki's hand.]

Better now that you're he- Mmn- [He bites back a pained his as he had tried to stand up so he could be closer to Kaneki.]

Ah, the effects of painkillers are fading away. [ he smiles but it's clear Kaneki is worried about him. The doctors said the nanites will heal him at a much faster pace but... He is so worried about everything.

Kaneki's hand moves for Bakugou's to gently hold his and reassure him he's there ] Do you want to eat anything? The nurse said to call her if you are hungry.

It's fine. Don't worry. [Katsuki squeezes Kaneki's hand and smiles.

Is he hungry? Katsuki blinks. He is, but he's not sure if he can handle what he normally goes for. ]

Think they'd let me have a burger?

Kaneki nods, smile growing bigger. He is glad Katsuki is at least willing to eat something, and thus he presses the button to call the nurse]

I might go home just to pick some stuff. Do you want anything?

Katsuki frowns down at the sheets.]

You don't gotta stay this whole time. Your studies are important. I promise I'll probably not try to escape.

Kaneki looks back at Katsuki, blinking, before he looks down at his hands. He doesn't want to go study or go to classes, or leave Bakugou's side, really.

He is still worried. And scared. ] ... I would rather stay...

[He's scared too and doesn't want him to leave. But you know. He's got to act like it doesn't affect him. He waves a hand dismissively or tries to before wincing.]

In that case...nah, anything you'll bring will just get hospital germs on it. Bring whatever will make ya more comfortable.

[ Ken tilts his head] You sure? You should be comfortable too.

[ the nurse eventually comes in to greet the two. And just like before, she brings Kaneki a cup of coffee and a big smile (apparently the nurses like him. Not only he is an imPort but he is polite and can handle Katsuki), and will after focus on Katsuki to check up on him]

Then... Ow- What the hell?!

[Katsuki hisses as the nurse checks on his wounds, maneuvering his arm and commenting that everything is healing beautifully and there's no signs of infection.]

-Can- can ya bring my scarf? And a pillow that- nevermind.

[His face goes red.]

Pillow? I can bring your pillow too. [ it's not that strange to ask for that.

And while the nurse is checking him, Kaneki will order an hamburguer to deliver to his room. Naturally he let's the nurse know it will be arriving soon so she will bring the food up to Katsuki when it arrives]

N-no. Your pillow. Whatever, just the scarf's fi-OW!!!

[He hisses, his hands clawing at the air as she palpates the wound on his stomach, but she gives him a stern look in warning to not use his quirk and he immediately behaves.]

... Oh. [ Kaneki's face is bright red, always a bit awkward when around other people. But given he has been sleeping with Katsuki for the past hours, it's not like the doctors and nurses haven't realized their relationship.

Kaneki nods softly] I will bring it.

[ Ken will wait until the nurse is done and leaves. Of course he thanks her, gently nod his head, and waits for her to close the door behind her. He, on the other hand, is still a bit flushed but looks back at Katsuki]

... Do you want me to go now or later? [ kaneki realized he doesn't want to go now, after all. He wants to kiss Katsuki. He wants to kiss him a lot.

Ken comes closer to the bed, offering his hand to his boyfriend]

[His face is bright pink, but luckily the nurse doesn't comment on it before she leaves. He gives a half-shrug, looking up from the bed to take Kaneki's hand before trying to drag him down on top of it so he can kiss him.]

We still got time. Pillow can wait.
