[Keeping a low profile is necessary in hostile territory, and though there has been no outright attack on her person being kidnapped and deposited in an unknown area certainly qualifies as being placed in hostile territory.

Watching alone, however, hasn’t done enough. It’s time for her to ask questions; calmly. While many likely panic, the woman on the video feed appears calm and collected. Though her expression is calm, she appears somewhat disheveled. Her long hair is just untidy enough to signal to those familiar to her that she's a bit out of sorts, and though her focus is clearly on the phone she's unconsciously pressing a hand to her neck.]

Seeing as I’ve just arrived, I can’t quite figure out what I’ve done to have so many people so interested in me. As soon as I walked outside, there were people interested in taking photographs and getting autographs. Frankly, I think they’ve got the wrong person.

Unless there’s something that you all know that I don’t, anyway.

[The woman looked away from the camera.]

I suppose if I’m going to ask for information, it would be wise to introduce myself. Good afternoon; my name is Riza.

The people here are usually interested in meeting imPorts, especially when a bunch of new ones arrive. It's pretty weird. It takes a while to get used to, too.

[As far as she can recall, she's never been here before. It would have been wise to have changed; after her conversation with Edward she had the presence of mind to clean herself up enough that blood was no longer visible on her face, but it still stains her hair at her shoulders. She wipes her forehead weakly and nods slowly.]

I don't have any recollection of having been here in the past.

Nope. [The most deadpan stare and shrug.] They're like that with everyone new. 'Cause no matter who you are, if you're here, either you've got some sort of power, or you've just been given one.

[She doesn't think too highly of the attention either, unless it comes with freebies.]

He quickly examines her appearance. He can't see any blood from the way the feed is held, but the hand to her neck does not go unnoticed. He switches on the video. Just ignore the mess that is his desk.]

[My, things just keep getting more and more interesting around here don't they? The Flame Alchemist's sniper wasn't anyone he expected to see. It's a pleasant surprise. And the way she presses her hand to her neck like that... it reminds him of something but what?

The last time he saw her that's it. It's difficult to recall - Pride had only been interested in Mustang but she had been there too and injured. How interesting.]

It seems to be a common response to new arrivals Miss- Ah, no. It's Lieutenant now, yes? I wouldn't think too much of it.

[Don't think he didn't see you talking about him up there either. It's nice to know he left such a lasting impression on the young marksman.]

It is Lieutenant, yes, Mr. Kimblee.

[The hand drops to her lap, frowning. She's much older now, with enough resolve of her own to not be swayed by Kimblee's attitude. Her own distaste for the alchemist will be kept to herself. There's no reason to play into his behaviors. She's no overwhelmed cadet, not any more; Riza had last interacted with him years ago.

Pity it couldn't have stayed that way.]

I don't particularly care why they do it. I just wish they didn't.

[The blonde blinks. Another stranger who recognizes her, another unfamiliar face. She smiles politely, though she's finding the frequency with which these conversations are happening slightly irritating.]

I have no memory of having been here in the past. Though several people have recognized me, it's rather like starting over in an unfamiliar city.

[Hawkeye frowns. She had registered, in large part to not rock the boat as she learns more about the place she's ended up. She isn't personally a fan of the title 'hero' and has no inclination to believe she's done anything to earn it. Here, it seems, it's being thrust upon all imPorts.]
