VOTE FOR DOOM
Feb. 9th, 2018 03:54 pm[Victor is sitting in a small café in Heropa, still very near Cape Canaveral, sipping a cup of coffee nearby a window as he overlooks.]
Every time I question myself, the path that I intend to take, the Universe calls out to me to reaffirm my decisions, and how appropriate that my delivery unto this place be Cape Canaveral. The Space Race of the 20th century began in August of 1955, representing both the technological and ideological superiority of two competing nations. It left a legacy of education and research and development, and I wonder to myself if I had focused my own talents in such a way what the world might then look like.
And then, to be brought into a world so affected by the shaping of divinity, I see myself once again. Is it not my purpose then to help to fix all of it? My world needs me, but I must also consider that in the vastness of the multiverse, other worlds might require my assistance as well. [He acknowledges the screen, and sets down his cup.] Well, then, speak no further. I've always said that democracy was overrated, but let me begin with the city to which my tenancy has been bequeathed. My introduction seems no better a time than to announce my candidacy for Nonah's ambassadorship.
My name? Victor von Doom.
