[There's a man on the screen who appears to be taking part in a cosplay of some sort, wearing what looks like a prosthetic skullcap with face makeup to match; possibly depicting a reptilian alien right out of some low-budget sci-fi movie. Currently however, he looks extremely distressed, practically shouting into the comm device. Guess who didn't actually read the file on his 'superpowers'?]

[There's a pause while he breathes heavily, trying to regain some semblance of control over himself. And then-]
