[The video turns on to reveal Euphemia, now in a significantly more practical outfit than her huge poofy dress, in some kind of... garage? It's concrete and dimly lit by cool fluorescent bulbs, making her pink hair take on a very odd tone.] Oh, hello everyone! I hope you're doing well.

I'm actually speaking to you all today because I could use a little, ah... assistance? When I first came here, I was told that in addition to my healing powers, I had an item from my home world as well. And that item was-- this: [She takes the camera, turning it to reveal... a humanoid robot, roughly 14-15 feet tall] The experimental Knightmare Frame, 'Lancelot.' It was being developed by my brother's research facility, and the pilot was a... very, very dear friend of mine.

But I don't know much about using it, myself. Is there anyone here who considers themselves experienced in this kind of thing?

It feels a little wasteful just to leave Lancelot gathering dust in a garage like this.

So - what's it used for, exactly? Does it perform tasks?

Ah... it's a war machine. It's meant for military use.

Oh! All right. I just wanted to make sure that you knew that, well...You'd have wanted to hide it, I think, if they didn't know.

Do you think they would have... just taken it? Really?

Oh, no question of it. That's what governments do, isn't it.

Not all governments would do it, I'd think.

[ A sniff. ]

Well, I've never seen a government that...

[ Oh. Erm - right. Princess. ]

I'm - sure there are exceptions, though.

[Hahaha except Britannia would totally do it oops.] This is my property! They surely couldn't just... confiscate it.

[ A slight, puzzled frown. ]

Well - except that governments...Well, that's sort of what they do, first and foremost, isn't it? Confiscate things. I mean, taxes, to begin with - that's them taking your money because they think they need it.

But paying taxes to live in a modern, safe society is hardly the same as having your property stolen for no reason.

Having your weapon stolen so that the government can be sure that they can keep society safe. They can justify it, just as they justify taxes.

But Lancelot is, for me, the equivalent of the powers many others here have. And they're allowed to live unmolested, aren't they?

Oh, if they could figure out a way to take those away, they would.

Have you really come from such a place where your government is so cruel to its citizens?

[ Oh, you've gotten her started. Fiercely: ]

I've come from a place where the government happily decides who's worthy of life and who isn't. Where they grind the commoners under their heel and strip of us our rights and even our lives if they so please. They send us to war and murder us if we dare to speak up about it. And they consider living, sentient beings a resource to be enslaved and tortured to maintain the power to keep us all under heel. Them stealing our livelihoods from us is the least of their crimes.

[Oh... oh Kitty. Euphie's face falls with every word.]

I'm. I'm very sorry to hear that, Kitty.

[ Oh. Sympathy is...not something Kitty's used to, exactly, and to be honest it takes her a little bit aback. The response to that particular tirade is generally more in the realm of either outrage or apathy. Seeing someone looking sad over it...

Kitty hesitates, and then - almost guiltily - gives a half-shrug. ]

It's...rotten, yeah. [ And then, rallying: ] I'm sorry for the people still stuck back there, living that life. I intend to change that for them.

How will you change it?

I don't mean to sound doubtful at all, but what do you intend to do?

Well...Remove the government from power. I'm part of the rebellion against magician rule, back home. And I know we succeed - though not in a way I much care for, so I'm trying to change that.

[ People it's awkward to say 'I'm a rebel' to: princesses. ]

[Her older brother is the terrorist leader against her country sooooo]

I see... what about your success do you want to change?

It...happens because the magicians summon something that they can't handle, and they all perish. And lots of my people die in the process. That's what I don't want. I want as many people to live as possibly can.

...oh. Oh, dear. That's terrible.
