[a text post from Jonathan Joestar? this is truly a rare sight. but the subject that he's about to broach is kind of super embarrassing, and he doubts he'd be able to even compose the message, let alone post it, if anyone could hear or see him.

he's been staring at his communicator for an hour before hitting send as it is, struggling internally as to whether this is absolutely necessary. but in the end he had to acknowledge that he didn't know what to do on his own, nor did he have a friend with this sort of experience; there really was no way around it. drat.]

I'm sorry to trouble the entire network with such a trivial matter, but I'm afraid that I really don't have anyone else to ask. Perhaps it's for the best - uninvolved parties often give the best insight, after all.

I would be very grateful if someone could advise me on navigating a rather difficult situation of a...romantic nature. There are other things involved (a great number, actually) that have made it rather overcomplicated, so I'm afraid it may take some effort to unravel.

I don't have much recompense to offer aside from owing you a large favor, but I'd be glad to take on that debt if someone is willing to give their time. It's something I need an answer to rather promptly, so I'll take all the help I'm offered.

That said, if you aren't particularly skilled in that sort of thing but are willing to engage in idle chatter for a little while...I'd appreciate that as well.

I agree with April about what being here instead of home means.
But what works for one person won't work for everyone. And not everyone will see things the same way. That's just how we function.
I know if I was married or engaged back home, I would have had a lot more reservations about even looking at another woman here. Even though I think she's right, it still would have held me back. Probably would have taken me way longer than it did to even make a move.

My friend has already confessed to me; she was kind enough to give me a few days to sort myself out, but I don't wish to draw it out any longer than absolutely necessary. She deserves to have an answer as soon as possible, even if that answer is that I'm not ready right now.

I'm...not really certain if I'm really so separate from the person I am at home. I'm hoping to find some way to keep my memories of this place - but even without that, it's
