It's been a while, but I suppose I'm curious—and it's hard to do much for curiosity, once it's born, is there? Some feelings can't be snuffed out, once they exist, no matter how much you might wish for it.
[ The voice is that of a young woman, somewhere between late teens and early twenties, lower-middle pitch and a steady cadence. A little tired, perhaps a little bored, but not irritably so. ]
Darkness, Earth, Water, Light, Wind, or Flame.
Choose one, please. But, before you do, know that there's no right answer, or wrong answer, and there's no moral component to any of them. "Light" doesn't mean good; "darkness" doesn't mean evil. Only whichever suits you. Something a little trivial, perhaps, but I'd like to hear your answers.
Thanks.

Mine's Light.
Is water an easy answer for you?

That's cool. Light. Who doesn't like Light? ... Maybe Darkness people. Don't know. But uh... yeah. Pretty easy, I guess. Was... Light easy for you?

... So, what does it mean? That you're Light? Or that you picked Light? Is it like that star stuff?

[Kind of. Sort of.]
How ya been lately?
[When in doubt, change the subject.]

[ Hermit-chan never goes out and never talks to anyone, of course she's the same as usual. ]
Not enough sleep, not enough caffeine, not enough patience for the postal service.

You got any plans for the summer? Fun summer things?
[Hermit-chan.]

No, it's not like that! I have a weak heart, and I wear out really easily, so I have to be careful about how much I do. Lively excitement is too much for someone like me.
[ Also she is depressed all the time and empath problems means a fucked-to-hell emotional spectrum regardless, so it is bad times all the time. ]

[Okay, that's different. Way different. He will just take a breath here and calm himself down.]
That sucks, too. But can't you do like... small fun things? Things that aren't as lively!

So, what do you do with your time?
