For those of you with superhero/code names, how were they decided?

The idea of a "superhero" — let alone a title for it — is narcissistic and idiotic at best. A code name makes you sound like you're only a subordinate of another, so why bother? Anonymity is fine, but there's no real need for either at the end of the day. You'll find them if they want to find you; it doesn't matter what labels you put on your alias.
