does anyone know how to deregister?

I don't mean I want to turn vigilante, or go the other way. And I don't want to go AWOL. I know about those. I just made a mistake, I know that now. I made a mistake and I want to undo it.

there has to be a form to fill out. something.

however they accessed it first must still be available. i know i didn't offer any information to them when i came but there was still a folder full of things about me. some i didn't even know about myself. i don't know how they found it out but they must still have that technology.
