[Sanageyama's sitting on some bleachers in a park once the feed kicks up. He's just finished work for the day, and judging from the few breadcrumbs stuck to the side of his mouth and the balled up subway sandwich wrapping sitting beside him, he's just finished eating too.]

I was thinking today...lotta people around here wanna try out their new powers, but it's dangerous, right? If it went wrong you could bust up a city block or kill a bunch of people by accident.

Although some of us just wanna fight too. Nothing wrong with that.

Is there a place for that? Anywhere we can go to let loose without worrying about the consequences? Cause if not, I'm thinking it might be worth the investment. We could throw together some cash and try and get something together.

I dunno how the process works though. Do we ask the government for permission? If anyone's got experience setting something like that up I could use the input.

Well we'd need staff, sure! There's a lot to take into account. That's why it's just in the planning stages.

Yeah, specially when it comes to coordinating shit. With how different peoples powers are, it'd be easy to get outta hand. But if someone wants to spar with someone outta they're, than sure. It's their own damn choice. [A pause.]

Maybe talk to one of the lawyers, make sure you ain't responsible for anyone getting hurt there. I dunno how that shit all works.

The whole hero-villain ratio is pretty skewed, yeah...

I mean I even met someone who had to go a little nuts sometime, or she said she'd really go nuts. It's what got me thinking about the idea. Letting loose every so often can be good for you.
