( HI guys. This is Sarissa. Last time she was on the network she was wearing a ridiculous shirt and was even more ridiculously drunk, a shenanigan that involved yelling at people about art and being excessively poetic. It was a mess.

Now here is Sarissa, looking a lot more serious. Her hair is pulled back into a messy bun, is wearing a dark charcoal button down, and is entirely sober. )

Uh— hi. I’m Sarissa Theron. A few of you have already had the misfortune of speaking to me, in person or on here. Usually I’m pretty obnoxious, so—

( She frowns, and pauses. No, deflecting won’t work for this, and she rolls her shoulders to get herself to focus. )

Some of you might have heard by now that I was murdered. Twice, actually. The first time was just after Thanksgiving and the second time was at the tail end of that blackout we was all in a fluster about. I lied the first time around and said I didn’t know who killed me, because…

( Her gaze drops, for a moment. ) I was scared, mostly. Thought I was protecting the people I cared about, and I thought silence was the only way to do it, because the person I was protecting them from was - is - invulnerable. That kind of backfired, but. So— here I am.

His name is Sylar, but some of you might’ve met him as Gabriel Gray. He has a kind of… hunger, or an obsession, I guess, with collecting powers. That was why he killed me the first time around, so he could take a power of mine.

( She exhales, slowly, working herself up to the next bit. ) To be perfectly clear, he’s a fuckhead and he tried to hurt people I care about to make a game outta our lives. But I think— I think despite my visceral feelings about it, what’s more important than trying to take him apart is trying to get him help. Justice, obviously, he needs to take responsibility for what he did, but just— if you find him, and if you’re able to contain someone like him, don’t hurt him or... be shit, basically. Something happened, maybe, to make him how he is and vengeance and all that aren’t gonna help him get better, they’ll just give him more rage to run on. I figure enough of us around these parts are from heaps messed up worlds or have seen messed up shit to know what that’s like, in some way.

Anyway. I’m sorry I didn’t come out and say it sooner. If you have questions or that, I’ll answer them as good as I can.

I thought being compassionate would feel easier. I feel it, empathy and that, or I wouldn't have said all this, but— I empathise with the girls being scared, too, and hurt. And I know that you have a choice in what you do, no matter how shitty a time you've had, so he had a choice, too. I'm— not doing great.

I'm not sure of your meaning.

[Is he lying? He might be. Is he so preoccupied with his own image that he won't cop to knowing Toy Story? Maybe. Would this make him Mr. Potato Head? Who knows!]

Regardless, you are being hard on yourself. And I'm not here to chastise you about that -- just to put it on the record. The important thing is that you are analyzing all of this.

She tilts her head to the side, thinking. She does that a lot. She's either a confused puppy or may have some sort of inner ear issue, it's hard to say. )

I mean, I would most prefer Doctor Chilton. [A beat.] Or Frederick. [Because!! Of friendship!!]

I think I could help you with that.

[He didn't even intend the arrogance in what he saw was a kindly gesture, but Chilton couldn't always divorce himself from it.]

If I weren't so serious and somber at the moment,

( she says, fully aware that she is normally at Max Obnoxious and right now she is at Mediocre At Best level Obnoxious, ) I'd ask if Chilter Skilter was totally off the cards. Frederick it is, mate. Maybe Doctor Chilton for a drama and suspense. So, with the understanding everything: I'll take you up on that, Doctor Chilton.

[Chilter Skilter. He won't even address that one, he fears that any comment would be virtual approval -- even disdain, because then she would know that button to push.]

Deeply agreeable, Sarissa. [A beat. He wants to offer her the same compromise, but he had to consider the consequences of calling her Queen Empress Sar of the Issa of all Wiles and Isles, or something.] First name basis it is.

( Curses, he knows her too well. Chilter Skilter will be retired. For now. )

( Well that's something nice to come out of this general shitshow of an announcement. The sympathy is nice, but it makes her sort of want to roll into an abyss of some description, so the... friendly chat element to this is better. It's a reprieve. )

So; how's your day goin'? Less dramatic than mine?

Mine typically seem less dramatic than yours on average. [A beat. Which is not a criticism.

[But truth be told, Raina is still separated from him, and he's still feeling the ache of loneliness.]

[Tight-lipped he may be, but he doesn't hide it well in his tone.]

( She eyes him thoughtfully for a moment. She's self involved, sure, but still bleeds empathy, and isn't oblivious.)

I think I owe you a few rounds. Want to come look at car magazines and drink fancy whiskey? I could use the company, if you're up for it.

( She also wants to be a recluse forever but, you know, BROS. Besides, what she wants isn't generally what's best for anyone. )

Well -- if you could use the company. [A modest refrain, but he can't repress the enthusiasm in his voice. Chilton adores company. He especially adores whiskey and company. Both were ideal methods of dissuading loneliness.]

As for specific hula figures... I am positive I had once witnessed a Dorian one. For sale at a gas station, I believe, as you would expect.

[Asks the man who is more or less the Opposite of Punk. At least he's got his intellectual curiosity for the plunge, though!]

( She shrugs hopelessly, also Not Punk At All. She wears shirts with pineapples and dinosaurs on them, this isn't her area either. Surely Sarah will get the coolest car. )

Maybe we can find some uh— like maybe skulls and union jacks and an anarchy symbol, but we work 'em in somehow that's classy. Like what the uh, the knob for the gear shift could be a metal skull, maybe, but not a shitty looking one. A good one.

Well I most certainly see the anarchistic aesthetic coming into fold. [Bearing in mind that "charming", as described by Frederick Chilton, typically involved tie pins. His perspective was easily open to debate.] Curiously, I know of some shops that carry skulls. [Call it the Baltimore Trend.] ... Unless, did you mean plastic ones?
