I'm curious.
[ Raina is seated in her living room, legs tucked up beneath her on the couch. It's a relaxed and casual position, best suited for a relaxed and casual conversation. ]
So many people come and go here. There are very few of us who have been static for years. Even fewer who have been here since the beginning. But the longer you're here, the more losses you tend to face. And the more time that passes, the more everyone else forgets about some of those people who were once here. So I'd like to hear stories of friends who have gone, lovers who have vanished, and people you'll never forget. The only way we can keep memories alive is to share them. I mean, who knows when you or I could become nothing more than a memory...and the least we can do is honor those memories by talking about them.
[ She sits up slowly, draping her arm over her knees. ]
But more than all of that, and perhaps a more relevant question to the newer arrivals -- if you had the opportunity to visit a lost friend's world just to see them again, would you? Even knowing that there's a chance they might not remember you? It is a painful thing to be forgotten, but perhaps there could be a comfort in seeing them alive and happy once again -- a sense of closure that we so seldom receive in this world. Or as always, perhaps it's best to leave well enough alone. I'm just interested to hear where everyone falls in their opinions on the matter.

( The second part makes her smile, too, and her gaze fairly sparkles. Now, the joy she's spoken of is apparent in her. )
We ran at our top speed together, and I threw him. It was enough force to break the dimensional barrier. And since I was able to visit his dimension more recently, I know he made it safely. The funny thing about you mentioning that is that I have seen him here! He goes by The Flash. Red suit, leaves a trail of orange lightning wherever he goes? That's him.
I'll say! Maybe it's not too much of a leap to hope we see people we've lost at home here again. Who knows? If I didn't already know it, this place would prove to me that nothing is actually impossible.

I have not met him, but I've heard the name in mention before.
[ She has met Barry Allen. But Raina has no idea the two are one. ]
But it's funny how you both are here. Perhaps something that's meant to be.
[ She smiles and glances down a moment. ]
I would like to hope there's a way we could find to visit people in other worlds. Especially those we met here. I'm in love with and engaged to a man I never want to forget. And if being able to run at top speed and take a leap of faith into the unknown would be enough to go to his world, well, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Helping each other out seems to be our thing.
( She smiles softly. )
If the porter can bring us here in the first place, then the technology—or at least the possibility—exists, if you ask me. Congratulations on your engagement, by the way! That's wonderful. No matter where the two of you are, I hope you'll both be happy.

[ Raina smiles, teasing but with a hint of truthful warmth. ]
Maybe you two are soulmates. Romantic soulmates.

N-no, ah. He's already spoken for that way, and the lady is something else. But I can, ah, get behind the idea that we're both meant to be here so we both feel like we belong.
It's nice, getting to fight beside people with superpowers like me.

Is his girlfriend in this world, for instance?

Buuuuuuut I'm also not really cut out for that kinda stuff. I've tried a few times and it's never really worked out, especially with friends.
( That's the price she pays to be Supergirl. And she couldn't ever not be. )
