Um, in Japan, especially where I'm from, girls are supposed to stop being like that once they're out of high school. I know I'm not even in high school yet, but I don't see why I should change?

I never had any dates, I was too shy to ask her out, but there was this really great girl in my class named Moriyo. She was so nice, and gentle, and never went along with anyone bullying me. I don't want to say my mom was wrong, but I don't see what's immature about liking those things about Moriyo and wishing I could hold her hand.
