the school year's barely begun and i've already landed in detention

i mean it is kinda my fault and at least the guidance counselor here is better than Mr. Frond was

And i just got 2 days tacked on for being caught on my device

so I guess my point is I'm full of all this frustration and aggression & I'm not used to feeling this way so how do i try and burn it off?

That is true. I always kept my public comments very few. I do not know if I have a lot of fans or not many at all. I am still recognized, but I made it so I feel like I'm not obligated to please anyone. I don't feel bad about it, but it's something to remember to choose whether or not I want or can interact with the public.

Yeah, that's good advice, i think. none of us asked to be put in this situation, and all I've been trying to do since I got here is just live my life the way I would have back home.

it might be boring and not what people expect from an import but I'm not going to force myself to be something I'm not either

There's a little freedom in that. Some imPorts I've found are given a great deal of fame. Some dislike it, others thrive in it. I guess it depends how much you are willing to stand.

I'm afraid fame would change me in a bad way. back home, my family's restaurant was almost never busy. we were low key and i liked it that way. i know how to work hard. Who knows who I'd be if I got really into being famous?

I don't think fame would bother me as much if I truly seek it out. I think I just enjoy learning more than needing to satisfy the needs of fame.

yeah. seeking it out is the big part for me. it's something i'd daydream about, sure, but not something I'd ever really go for
