As I've said, its nothing you need concern yourself with.

Truthfully, I hadn't realized that you thought yourself and Kaneki to be so close.

I'll be happy to be called a friend. Regardless, I hate to think him believing himself so little of value; he's done so much for me without any real cause to. If I must believe in that FOR him until he can, I shall.

He does many things for many people.

[It's a quality that D33 doesn't necessarily respect any more than any other quality about Kaneki, but it is a fact. Whatever the case may be, D33 cannot deny that he himself values his husband - he values him above perhaps anything else. On some level, he knows that Kaneki doesn't feel the same - he'd seen that breakdown in the shower, but they'd never really spoken of it since.]
