So, uh... I got kind of a weird question. Bear with me here. Do any of you find that you get memory problems sometimes? I'm not talking, like, when you get ported out and get ported back in and everything just goes poof!, or forgetting where you put down your keys or what have you. More like - there's something important you feel like you're forgetting about.

It never used to bug me, but this is getting old. So, uh, if any of you know how to fix it or wanna tell me I'm not just crazy, big ups! Burnsides out.

Sometimes, but not the same as you, I don't think. I used to lose chunks of time, like — it would feel like one moment to the next, for me, but it'd been hours for everybody else. Sometimes days, but there's whole weeks I've lost, too.

What does it feel like when you try to remember? Does the thought just sort of... slip away, or do you find yourself thinking about something else, instead?

I can kinda relate but I know where my problems come from and it probs wouldn't apply to you.

[ This gives her some mild guilt because she's messed with someone's memory before. ]

What are you thinking of before you start having issues remembering?

[funnily enough, riptide has a similar problem with rung and the information creep, though he's not really losing important information like magnus is. just, uh, forgetting who god is! he also doesn't remember he forgot, so it's mostly a non-issue.]

Sounds like some fucky organic mnemosurgery.

Write it down. That's what people always used to say back when the world was normal. We can stick all your little to-do list things right on the fridge.

Did you ever have difficulty with taking the laudanum? Or consume quite a lot of wine? I know some children start quite early with all that.
