So, I'm not normally one to talk a lot on these sorts of things, but I thought I would try this anyway. People called me Gambit back home in my world, and that always worked for me, there and here. I'm a security specialist with hobbies in acrobatics, gymnastics, and martial arts.

I haven't been here long, so I thought I would ask a few questions. here goes.

Besides the really odd amount of craze there is out there for Imports in general, what are your opinions on the chance to make a good life here? Alternatively, do you enjoy what you do here?

I'm just trying to settle in and figure out what exactly to do, in this crazy world. Thanks for your time.

Omnic threat sighted! I repeat, we have a Titan class omnic, fully armed, sighted in Maurita Falls. At--It's in a park. Currently, stationary, arrived some time in the last hour. Full specs unknown. Requesting support of an engineer. Or anyone with power enough to destroy a robot the size of a building.

[ So here's a face that might be familiar to some people. A young Japanese teenager squints at the screen with a practiced ease that indicates he's used this sort of tech before. Because he totally has, even if he's frowning a little bit. ]

Man, couldn't they have given me my old comm? The default loadout sucks...

[ A burst of static as he fiddles with something; the feed cuts out for a second before it returns, this time at a slightly wider angle. He's already spread out a whole array of miscellaneous parts across the floor of his room in Heropa #12. Just. Junk as far as the eye can see. ]

Two questions: is the Lucky Cat Café still standing? And who the heck has my toolbot? They wiped my tracker software. Unbelievable. This is a pain in the--

I got a question for people that... know more about powers.

[Blue frowns, chin in hand. There's a new Pokemon sitting on the counter next to him, small and fox-like, grooming its paw. It glances up at the feed with a curious “vui”?]

When I look at people, something pops up in my head. Some other people told me it's like... 'scanning'. I don't know what to call it or what it means, but when it happens, it makes me see people as Pokemon types. Like how Arcanine is a Fire-type. Or Eevee here is a Normal-type. [He gestures to the little creature beside him.] But people don't have types, back home.

I mean, of course this place is nuts, so weird stuff happens. But how do I figure out what these 'powers' I got are supposed to do? How do I know what it means?? I've been here this long and I still have no idea.

--Oh yeah, speaking of Arcanine, here. Check this out!

[At the end of the post there's an additional link with an embedded video. The video shows a big pile of leaves- for a few seconds, nothing happens, but soon there's a pattering of.. is that hooves? Nope, the big blur of furry orange that is Arcanine slams right into the pile, sending it scattering. Look at him romp through the leaves! What a big, happy dog.]

I have questions for anyone who may have died, for whatever reason, in this world or their own.

First, do you find that your life has more meaning, now that you have been given a second chance?

Secondly, do you still fear death, knowing that it will be reversed here?

And finally...any coping strategies would be most welcome. My usual techniques are not working.
