-Moving on, I got a point to be here. So, there's been some debate on that Lunatic guy, and accusations about Yuri Petrov being guilty, right? Well, he should be defending himself over this, but he hasn't really spoken up, has he? This is a pretty serious accusation, if he was innocent, wouldn't he have said something about this? Anyway, we'll never get answers unless we ask.

So I've got a solution! I know where he is.

[Joseph holds up a photo to the communicator's camera, and sure enough, there's Yuri Petrov in the shot. The photo shows Yuri sitting in what looks like an office building… one that's obviously taking some serious damage. No real clues on where that building is… at least not in that photo.

But that's not the kicker. The kicker is Yuri's clothes. The familiar colors of blue and green and white, to those that know Lunatic's uniform. Although they're damaged a bit and the lighting isn't perfect, it's pretty clear that those clothes are close enough to Lunatic's outfit for an arrest warrant.

Joseph leans close to the camera, a hand to the side of his mouth like he's sharing a secret.]

Pretty incriminating if you ask me.

I've got other photos here that show me more on where he is. One of my powers is that I can track people down. But I'm only gonna tell the location to people I'm sure are just planning on just arresting him. No point in more people winding up dead, even if they deserve it. Sound good?

[He's suited up and situated himself on the roof of a private apartment complex, unaffiliated with the government and out of sight of any surveillance or traffic cameras. So the only way to snap a picture of him would be if Joseph's power can really do what he says.]

Joseph sets up his cheap camera with a cord to a small portable printer in front of the communicator. Much like with Kay, all Wild Tiger will see is Joseph raising his hand up, and then punching the camera into pieces. But, before it's totally destroyed, there's a click. For just a brief few seconds before the shot goes through, Wild Tiger might feel like someone's watching him closely, despite no one being nearby. After that, the printer begins to start up. And yep, there's a photo of Wild Tiger, taken what looks like only a few feet away from him as he stands on that roof. Joseph holds up the photo to the communicator, and does jazz hands with the unoccupied hand.]

I only know about Lunatic peripherally, but if you are saving people's lives with this information, you do deserve thanks. I'm glad there is more evidence than "Petrov hasn't said anything to prove he isn't guilty", though. That is a dangerous logical fallacy when lives are on the line.
