I don't know what I saw yesterday, but I don't think I'm the only one who saw it.

I need information about a brainwashing facility that might have existed twenty, maybe thirty years ago. Or anything dealing with imPorts, if there's a record of that. I've been looking into it, but I haven't had a lot of luck turning anything up.

I want to know if that was real.

We're working on that.

Are there any leads?

None that I've been able to figure out. The hallucinations seemed to affect people at random -- some people saw different versions of the future, but not the past. The only thing they all had in common was that they were imPorts.

But nothing at all that could lead to who might have done it? I suppose that is not completely unexpected.

Unless it was an imPort that had something to do with it to begin with. We are not the first group of imPorts here, that is correct?

I figure it's something to do with imPorts, or with tech. Either way, I'm not the one with the skills to look into it.

And that's right, we weren't the first group of imPorts around.

I assume you have spoke to Major Alenko about this then? I would think he would be one with such kills.

Then perhaps it was someone from the previous group. It is not a stretch to think they would want us to know about such things.

He's been informed of the situation, and he's working on something. More eyes looking doesn't hurt, though.

Why now? I'm not a fan of the government, but if the idea is to use us against them, I don't like the sound of that either. We aren't things to be used by anyone who wants an advantage.

[ In an ideal world, that would be true, but ... even the Alliance back home tended to treat Shepard like a loaded gun, albeit a smart and directed one. ]
