Hey, everyone! I'm Miss Martian. But you can call me M'gann. Just thought I'd introduce myself. A-and even though I am actually from Mars, I promise I'm not here to invade or anything! I mean, an invasion of just one person isn't a very good invasion. And I'd probably go all undercover so you wouldn't even notice... It'd be pretty easy actually.

[She actually appears to be considering the logistics of an alien invasion before remembering herself.]

Anyways! I'm really excited to meet everyone and I hope we can be friends!

It was mostly to stay on theme with my uncle! We wanted to be upfront with the humans. And Martian Girl is kind of... not right.

I can totally tell you my much-better-names if you want. Let's start with Madam Mars. Madam is way cooler than "Miss".

So? You superhero name for the age you wanna be, not the age you are! That's how you get stuck with crap like "Boy" or "Girl" in your codename years after it stops making any sense.

You can change codenames! A-and maybe I'll end up being the next Martian Manhunter someday! For now, I like being Miss Martian.

You can maybe change codenames. Maybe the media decides it likes your old one better and decides to keep using it! You gotta think about this kind of stuff.

Now, Martian Manhunter is totally a badass name. I don't know what the hell a manhunter is except maybe someone really looking to go to a club and pick up some dudes but it sounds cool!!

See, Uncle J'onn has to have the big superhero name. He's part of the Justice League they're really public. I get to fly under the radar a little.
