From what I've observed of your fiction, humans put aliens into two categories. Either they are violent invaders or they are so superior and intelligent that all of their tech is way beyond your human brains and it makes Earth look low and aggressive in comparison. Either way, somebody is blasting the other.

Is this what the majority of you believe about us?

Yes, some of you would have clearly noticed that I'm not human and not hiding that fact is sometimes a risky proposition. Case in point... what I already said.

Not every alien fits into those two boxes.

Personally, what are your views about aliens?

So humans are projecting their own violent actions upon fictional aliens?

Something like that, yes. It can also work as an attempt to show that under threat, humans often join together no matter their differences.

And sometimes, they just want an excuse to write an action book without having to make target of other humans because that has been rather overused.

I've met humans all over the galaxy. They sure do think highly of themselves.
