There really was no guarantee that world-altering madness would cease upon the departure of the fate sisters, was there? In fact, perhaps leaving a seat of power open like that can entice other high powers and potent forces to come and see what they can do.

Despite that, it doesn't mean I'm going to ever grow fond of, let alone become used to being battered around by these things. Forces, circumstances, fates, fey...whatever you wish to categorize them as -- I'll just bucket them all in "Things with Greater Influence in the World(s) at Large than Most Mortals." Perhaps that label will satisfy most were I to use it? Not all, naturally.

In any case, who shall begin the mass-accounting of things amiss or askew THIS time around? In a neat list for easy perusal, I'd prefer.

There is a cruel comfort in knowing that trying to talk to self-declared artists is, regardless of realm, an exercise in patience quite hard to master. I desperately do not care if one has crafted a pinwheel out of garbage, nor shall I be inclined to call it art, thank you very much.

Dare I even send this thought into this void? Perhaps I'll just be inadvertently drawing more of these sorts, eager to fuel some unconscious need to be offended and fight for their honor; it seems to be the way out on the street, in the magazines, and everywhere else...

There must be truly something to the notion of being "spoiled for choice" -- this world seems the absolute perfect example of it. Do parameters of quality even MATTER anymore when there is just so damn much of anything and no one can seem to agree at all?

Sure, why not. The ink you accidentally dripped onto your shoe is now "art."

Gods help me. Rather, someone else just kindly mark a map for me so I know how to avoid these weird avenues in the future and spare us all.

Okay. This is the weirdest kidnapping ever. I know they said they want us to help, but everyone always to use my abilities so...

[She probably shouldn't be able to say that quite so calmly, but here she is. Talking about getting kidnapped like it's just missing the shuttle or something.]

Have to admit it's a lot of new territory though. This is the first time I've ever been kidnapped and had quite this much space to move around. Or my lightsaber. Or this much tech, even if I'm noticing a distinct spaceship shortage...

So hi fellow kidnappees I guess. I'm Jaina Solo and I've heard enough to know that for once that name doesn't have anything to do with the situation.

Can someone recommend a good exterminator?

I seem to have a major spider problem.

[ He attaches a blurry photo, however it's very clear there are hundreds of small spiders in the space the photo is taken. ]

I've closed down the shop for now but I can't keep it closed for long.

Fate has a rather peculiar sense of humor it seems.

[The video switches on to show Rufus sitting on a couch with a dead, wilted flower in his hand. It's definitely dead, its petals crushed and withered.

He stares at the flower intently and a moment later the petals start to slowly straighten out and regain lost color as the flower once more bloomed, its life restored.

He let out a laugh, this was the most surreal thing he could have imagined even after everything he's been through since Meteorfall.]

This has to be the most ridiculous second chance I've been given so far. A chance to atone for the damage I've inflicted on one planet by healing another one.

[He played with the flower in one hand before looking at the camera with a smirk. He wasn't hiding anymore.]

It will be interesting to see how things turn out this time.
