[He claps his hands together to punctuate the word and grins.]

You are important, here, to this world as one of its heroes. Like The Avengers or The Justice League, every one of you has or was given some special skills to make you unique and to make you a hero.

It doesn't matter if you don't believe it now. You will. You were brought here for a purpose and you must all act accordingly. It doesn't matter what you did in your past. What counts is the here and the now and moving forward!

Maybe you're already making great strides to help. Maybe you're new and lost. Either way, you are important and a hero and always keep that in mind. With evey action. With every interview. You are the public face of imPorts; all of you!

Be the best hero that you can be and together we can prevail. We will overcome any threat. Break through any boundary. Foil any nefarious scheme. Believe in yourself, and believe in the people around you.

We will win this fight; whatever fight comes our way. Maybe through negotiations. Maybe through physical force. No matter what your power or skillset, you can use it to your best advantage. Your best power is right up here.

[He taps the side of his head.]

Your mind. Your will. Your belief in yourself and in others.

Keep hold of that and you will succeed.

[He looks pleased, pausing a moment before adding.]

Not bad? I hadta do an embarrassing amount of prep with EDITH though. Full body scans and stuff.

[While his encounter with Marco in his apartment was bizarre with the morphing, Beck has no clue that Marco could transform so perfectly into Peter and isn't even remotely thinking this was anything else but an illusion.]

You know you really shouldn't have had to do that. She already has all your information.

[He's only thinking that Peter is inexperienced with using his tech.]

[He shrugs. Was it a lie? It was easy enough for Peter to check. EDITH did instantly recognise him, after all.]

But my systems have multiple scans, all in the data.

[That resulted in multiple Spider-Mans. He doesn't think one extra Peter was so difficult for his system to project.]

[ Yeah, if Peter had actually used EDITH, he should have found those scans pretty much immediately. As it is, he looks rather dazed. ]

I thought she just had biometric data.

This is why we need to work together. I can show you things. You can learn.

[ He can't help it. Peter's always been a tech nerd, and Beck's tech is unequivocally amazing? The applications are obvious and genuine. And Beck can always count on being able to manipulate Peter's scientific curiosity to his own ends. ]

What, like my webshooters? The webbing?

[ Those are the only two things he counts as his, though he's actually done a lot of design and engineering work on his current suit. Stark just gave him better tools. ]

Yes, anything you've invented. That you've created yourself. Something you're proud of.

[He already knows StarkTech well. He doesn't need to know about that. And he is genuinely interested himself about new tech, which does show.]

Sure, I guess. How much do you know about chemistry?

I know more in theory than in practice. My focus has been mostly on computer-based science and technology.

Then I guess I can teach you about that in return.

[ Peter's ... not quite feeling the same enthusiasm, but Beck manages to get a smile out of him? ]

I was ignored for a long time, Peter. I don't want to sit in some lab, toiling away and just getting overlooked.
