ok so anyone on here have advice on writing college essays?
i'm trying to get a head start before midterms and i'm just kinda
staring at the question blankly

ok here is the question:

Some students have a background or story that is so central to their identity that they believe their application would be incomplete without it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story.

Mostly shit relating to sports. He's the type that usually goes for practical gifts after all. So he'll ask him if he's looking to get into any new hobbies, new sports, if he has any goals this coming year, etc. He'll also randomly ask about what music he likes and movie preferences and video games. Jaime- suggested he asks things like that.

Hmm!
Sports: he would def talk about soccer, and probably chat a fair deal about trying out boxing again, if Aki was amenable to sparring with him.
Goals: Just getting into college and making it to high school graduation.
Music: Mostly rap/R&B stuff, although he'd probably talk about how he likes Russian rappers more than American ones. He'd probably complain it is harder to find Russian artists to buy/download in this world than his own.
Movies: Action, horror, comedy (probably stoner-type humor, Harold & Kumar stuff)
Video games: Mostly first person shooter stuff like Call of Duty or Halo, or zombie games like Resident Evil, etc.
