when I wrote my essay I just pretended I was a character and wrote it like that. easier to write about a fiction than yourself.

Think of something that happened to you that may have changed how you handle or view the world. So long as it leads to an epiphany, or beefs up your character. Rescuing a stray dog, or having a prank spiral out of control? When in doubt, ask a friend.

Then use their story.
