Ah, well let's see:
1/ I once wrapped myself in the still warm corpse of a caribou in order to survive a snowstorm. It isn't the only time I've wrapped myself in meat to survive.
2/ My partner and I were in a plane crash together; we survived for several days and tracked down an escaped convict despite the fact that I was blind and partially paralyzed.
3/ I still routinely see the ghost of my dead father; he offers me unsolicited advice on cases and relationships, and is generally speaking irritatingly present despite my better attempts to tune him out.
