This is Major-General Olivier Armstrong. If you can ignore the bevy of Imports wasting our time with their age-changing frivolity, I have an announcement to make.

It's no secret that whatever their other feelings towards us, the natives of this world recognize that we Imports pose a threat to them. For how could we not? We have powers they can scarcely conceive of, let alone match. Even a single Import could outclass a regiment or more of this nation's army.

Therefore, I am hereby announcing the formation of RISE: the Rogue Import Suppression Enforcers. We Imports shall police and judge our own, apprehending those among us who would prey on the most vulnerable of this nation's native population and passing sentence as necessary.

Those among you who wish to lend your aid to the RISE mission are welcome. I await your questions.

Is that so? Seems a bit hard to believe that the Native Government would allow us to organize and manage our own judicial proceedings. I would think they'd find that a conflict of interest.

Still, I'm not disappointed.

And not just from the natives. Are there imports imposing a set of checks and balances to make sure ...Rise, as you've named it, stays fair?

How can they be trusted to sentence us? We'll use their laws, but we deserve the right to police our own community.

Are we not apart of their community? Subject to their laws? I am only playing the devil's advocate here, but it seems a fairly bold move.

I don't know enough about this... movement to decide my level of participation. Have you run this concept by the Government?

We are subject to their laws, but we are not and never can be part of their community.

I am forming this at government behest, actually. When I took command of the national guard in the Heropa incident, I was informed that I may be asked to hunt down rogue Imports in the future.

I agreed. Provided, of course, I can do it my way.

Seems an overly caustic attitude. Not to mention fatalistic. Imports may be on this planet for a very long time. Eventually we'll all have to adapt. ...Or destroy ourselves in rejection.

But... there is merit to your cause. Rogue imports are a very real threat to the stability and well being of everyone. Seems like a reasonable course of action. Do you have the necessary resources to fuel such an effort?

Fair enough. Though I would like to extend an invitation. I'm currently working on setting a sort of.. Nexus hub. For import ran services such as this. I have yet to hear if my bill has been approved, but if it has it's possible we could set you up with a base. At least for the administrative part of your operation.
