So, this is gonna sound kinda random, but. I've been wondering for a little while...what's New York like here? I just wanna know if it's anything like the New York from my world.

Actually, now that I think about it--how does the New York here compare to New York where you came from? If you've ever been there, I mean. 'Cause now I'm wondering about all the different versions of it we probably know.

End of August? Hey, that's practically two months after the 4th of July, you could throw parties for both of them! If you're willing to clean up both of them afterwards, anyway.

I'm all for rooftop parties, but I don't think we should pull the hero business card to get one. Someday a hero's actually going to need a rooftop for stuff, and then people might think we just want to throw another party.

Oh! [She forgot for a minute there that sometimes heroes actually do hero stuff.] Yeah, you're right. But wouldn't they just need it for stakeouts or something? Or do they do hero council meetings on rooftops?

Usually they have their own super special buildings for hero stuff where they do all of that.

...uh, or--that's what I think, anyway! I-I don't really know for sure.

That'd make the most sense. A roof is dramatic but it's not like people can't hear what you're saying up there and there's no place to hang your cape.

Uhh...sometimes? Not on purpose, usually, though.

I think funny quips are more normal.
