So, this is gonna sound kinda random, but. I've been wondering for a little while...what's New York like here? I just wanna know if it's anything like the New York from my world.

Actually, now that I think about it--how does the New York here compare to New York where you came from? If you've ever been there, I mean. 'Cause now I'm wondering about all the different versions of it we probably know.

He has to admit defeat on this. He's accomplished nothing here other than feeling like a huge jerk for grilling some guy just because of who his grandpa is (was?). He has to admit, it does sound pretty unlikely that this guy is a Green Goblin after all.]

I'm hoping he can remove some of the tarnish from the name.

Apparently, it's a lot like the New York here. Mine's probably got a lot more construction in it, but otherwise it's pretty much the same. Right down to the old pizza place I used to go to.

Which supervillain rampaged through your New York?

It was Magneto for me.

You get enough superheroes and supervillains in the same place, stuff's bound to get wrecked, and it's usually the supervillains doing the wrrecking.

But to answer your question... It's kind of complicated. Most of the destruction was caused by a Hulk attack, but I think there was some mind control thrown in there for good measure, because some of the superheroes were ready to throw down against their friends before the rampage started.

I don't think we ever had anything that crazy. Especially not the Hulk--I haven't even heard anything about him since I was a little kid.

[In terms of property damage, anyway.]

They'd just finished cleaning up from the Apox the Omega-Skrull attack too. That was the week or so before.

That's the funny thing, before Apox and the thing with the heroes, no one had heard from the Hulk in years. I always assumed he had retired like some of the other heroes from that generation.

Yeah, I don't even know what happened to our Hulk. He just kinda disappeared.

I don't even know how someone as big as the Hulk can just disappear.

I think he's someone else. Like a normal guy, who can transform into the Hulk.

[Switches the camera back on, this time instead of his license, an old flip-style phone is held up to the lens. On the flip phone's screen is an image is of Phil decked out in his new Green Goblin costume. It's actually a freeze frame from a video he shot during a test of said new suit, but this particular frame is kind of far away and grainy that it look as if the Green Goblin were flying overhead on his glider and Normie quickly snapped a shot.

Once he thinks a sufficient time has passed, he turns the camera off and switches back to text.]

The orange parts used to be purple. Not sure why he suddenly changed colors.
