So, what kind of movies do you guys like? Back home, I mean. I know stuff is weird here and some movies don't exist, and they have stuff some of us don't have back home, so if there's any good universe-local movies I'm missing out on that only exist here, I could use some recs, too. Bonus points if there's any really good alternate universe versions of stuff I'd know from home. Negative points if it's propaganda crap, because there's enough of that on TV as it is.

[ He props up the thing he's working on to get at the bottom of it, and it looks like a projector. Wonder what that could be for! ]

Absolutely. I'm thinking I'm gonna do a movie night thing, invite a bunch of people over and check out what this world has for movies. You interested?

Definitely. Get one of those ancient popcorn makers, too. If you're going to invite a lot of people then a pot on the stove is NOT going to be enough.

Considering I live with Barry, I'm not sure even a popcorn maker would cut it.

Oh, wait, hey, that reminds me! I'm working on something I could use your help on. Not right now, since I'm taking a break from serious work tonight to play around with my projector, but sometime this week.

Yeah sure. For the expo, right? The swear in is coming up this weekend.

I've got time Thursday after work. Where do you want to meet? Your place?

Yeah, that's why I haven't really been around lately. Between fixing up the garage and getting stuff together for the expo, plus my actual job? If Barry didn't occasionally remind me to eat, I'd probably be a dried up husk in the corner. You can only run on red vines and orange soda for so long.

But yeah, my place. Cause bonus, you gotta see the new workshop. I had to convince Dr. Wells to give up his parking spot in the name of science, but it looks pretty good in here!

You took his parking spot for science? This didn't happen to be two weeks ago, did it? Those tests were awfully brutal.
